What Causes Itchiness Underneath Testicles?
Hi, The sack below my testicle is dark in colour as compared to other part and it often itches. The itchy portion looks like small bumps when itchy and flattens when ointment applied. It however does not go permanently. It is almost more then 4-5 years I have this problem. Please suggest.

Fungal infection usually causes this. Clotrimazole cream usually works but a confirmation of diagnosis by doing KOh mount test scraping small part on skin is needed, along with physical exam.
