What Causes Itching Above The Buttocks?

Hi Doctor, about 4 days ago I noticed an itchy sensation at the top of my left butt crack, this was accompanied by a swelling and some clear fluid discharge, this has since spread to the other side of the butt crack and today I noticed my left inguinal gland is sore to touch. Any idea what may be causing this
