What Causes Itching After Taking Warm Shower?

Hey, I got out of a shower and my most of my body got itchy. I have no rashes or anything- I do think I have dry skin and it was a warm shower (after putting lotion on my arms and legs, I m rarely getting itches there), but I still get itches in my ear, face, and hair. What do you reckon it could be?

hi,,..you may have got cholinergic urticaria..aggravates with increase in core body temperature,,like with warm bath..u must avoid hot bath..take tab cetrix(citrizine) once daily at night for 3 weeks..and apply white petroleum jelly twice a day as an emolient..take care.thanks..
