hi there, i received protected oral sex 5 days ago, i have since began itching all over my body, my left hand and genital areas being the most noticable, i have no idea what has caused this nut would like to find out i m worried it could be a symptom of herpes, after some of the things ive read

Hi,
Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have fungal infections. You can better send me a photo of the rash on reports in order to better evaluate it. 
In this situation, I suggest taking antifungal medicine such as fluconazole 150mg weekly basis. I also suggest using clotrimazole cream to apply locally.
