Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Itching all over body is due to uraemic pruritus in your case.It is due to high levels of urea and electrolyte disturbances in blood in chronic kidney disorder patients.
Hydroxyzine is antihistaminic and it causes temporary relief.Dialysis may give you some relief from it gradually as problem is because of urea.
For time being, you can use lotions containing petroleum jelly and camphor for local application.
If itching still worsens, you may need to visit dermatogist. There is an option of phototherapy for severe uraemic itching.

Hope I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
