What Causes Itching All Over The Body?

I have small sores that appear overnight , they itch sometimes, they are painful sometimes, they bleed a lot when the scab is removed, they seem to appear at the same points of my body . like if I get them one my right arm I get them on my left arm, elbow and the other elbow, right foot , left foot. etc. I have tried cream for scabies, ivermectin tablets, and every kind of cream or lotion that is on the web,,,I have had this for a year this month and can t get rid of it .

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
3. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
