What Causes Itching All Over The Neck?

i am suffering itching over the neck. according too my doctor, it is just a simple allergy. he gave me medication on xynix. yet after a couple of weeks, i been able to relax from it. now, it starts again. sowould you mind answering my question please.

i appreciate your concern
it could be allergic reaction only either ectopic or contact dermatitis
in my opinion you should take tab fexofenadine 180 mg with an mometasone ointment to be applied locally
