What Causes Itching And Blistering While On Medication For Vitiligo?

Hi, I am suffering from vitiligo for 10 years. I started the tablet melanocyl 2 months back and using the lotion plancenttrax and helotop now i am feeling some changes like itching pain redness and blistering.please sugggest what i have to do now??????

Hi.
As per your case history of vitiligo, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Other treatment options are oral psoralen and phototherapy done by a dermatologist.
