What Causes Itching And Burning Feeling In The Lips?

My lips, bottom in particular has a burning itchy feeling to them. I have been to the dermatologist, allergist and dentist with no success or answers. I have always had allergies and my eyes used to burn and itch. Seems now that my sinuses on the bridge of my nose are swollen now. Could this be causing the nerves make my lip feel a burning/itching sensation? I have tried allergy mess and they don t help. What can be done to alleviate my pain?

Hi

One of the famous medical text book describes to be air borne related Allergy. Avoid going in open space and use goggles and mild face mask. Though it would be a very difficult job to find out what in the air causes allergy (may be pollutant, silica, dust etc.) thorough Evaluation might still help. Meanwhile, treat your sinus infections. Go for FESS treatment if required. This dhal also help to greater extent.

Do let me know for any additional information anytime.

Take care.
