What Causes Itching And Burning In Anal Region?

My son has a itchy and burning butt... No signs of irritation.
He has been to the doctors twice. He was tested for STDs
And they all came back negative. No hemroids. It really starts
To bother him in the evening when he tries to relax. We have tried every
Anti iche cream.

Hello

Itching and burning in anal region may be due to allergy, infection or dry skin.
If you are using any toilet paper then change it.
If you are using a toilet with water jet then don't use the jet, sometimes jet causes minor injuries.
Keep the anal area clean with warm water.
Sometimes dryness may cause itching and burning.
Apply glycerine jelly to prevent dryness.
Hardened stool may also cause these symptoms, in that case use laxative to soften the stool.
Get a stool test done to rule out any intestinal infection.
By taking all these measures I hope you will get relief.
Regards
