What Causes Itching And Burning In Vaginal Area?

I have serious itching in my vaginal area and it burns constantly, especially when I urinate...I have a few sore looking places just on the inside of my vagina...also a white, thin discharge that s also like blood and water mixed....ive had yeast infections before but never was like this with the exception of the itching.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. In the current scenario, I would ask you to see a specialist for a complete evaluation. You need a pap smear, swabs from the cervix and the vagina, urinalysis, blood counts, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to help plan further management. Infection of the vagina is the most likely cause of such presentation. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
