What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In Vagina During Intercourse?

sir,Iam 39year mother,have two children,aged16and 7.In recent days i have some problems in my vagina ie itching,burning,pain at the time of intercous,and bad oder. Last two days ago i saw blood coming from my vagina and have civiyar pain in the pelvic area and abdominal.in these reason today i go the gynec for a detailed checkup. On sccaning saw a mild fibroid. On a urine test saw blood presents in the urine .What test i wili do to find my disease

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem of itching and burning sensation can be due to bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection. A swab test will help to rule out the condition. In such case i would suggest combination of antibiotic like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and you can use saline or warm water for that. You can also use intimate wash. Urine culture also should be done to rule out urinary infection.
