I am 24 years old and i am facing problem with itchy testicle. it gives burning sensation when it comes in contact with water. so please advise me what should i do. i am worried.

possibilities are:
1. fungal infection

2. skin allergy to some chemicals in the garments/cosmetics

please use some antifungal creams and see
