What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation On Vagina?

I don't know if I have a rash under vaginia lips around the vagina, I've noticed when its wet or after I use the restroom it starts to itch and if I scratch it kind of hurts and burns a little. I was wondering what it is and what to do to make it heal and go away.
