What Causes Itching And Crawling Sensation In Rectal Hemorrhoid?

I have had hemmroids for a couple month that can bleed during a bowel movement. Lately no bleeding but after bowel movement it s very itchy. Sometimes at night I get a crawling sensation that makes me itchy. Is crawling sensation a symptom of hemmroids?

I understand your concern.
Crawling and itchy sensation what you are experiencing is probably not due to hemorrhoids but due to anal fissures.
Commonly, due to constipation, both anal fissures and hemorrhoids are associated conditions and both may cause bleeding.
It would be ideal for you to get evaluated by Surgeon and get it operated by means of cryosurgery, which would overcome all the symptoms you have been experiencing.
