What Causes Itching And Dark Spots In The Anus?

Hi, I m a 21 male and for about a year my anus has been itching, at first i didn t think anything of it but as time progressed it s been getting worst and worst. Recently I ve checked and I have what appears to be a few light dark spots around my anus (not exactly circular and they are not bumps either). On rare occasions my genitals also feel itchy and I have another dark spot on those aswell but I feel like I ve had that one for years so I m not sure if they re related. I m wondering what I should do and hope you can help me out?

Such symptoms are usually caused by a fungal infection of mentioned areas. Hemorrhoids can also appear in that way.
I suggest you to consult proctologist as it requires rectal examination.
