General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is already use of steroid cream for a period of one month, there are all chances of receptor down regulation at skin level and become resistant to the local therapy of steroid cream. You have to consult an expert dermatologist and get prescription of anti fungal cream with antibiotics and anti fungal medications to cure it at earliest without any complications further.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
