What Causes Itching And Discoloration On The Penis?

I am constantly itching the front part of my penis, I am 62 yrs old, and been married for 38 yrs. Haven,t had intercourse for he last 5 yrs, due to my wife,s inability. Anyway the front top part of penis looks like it is slightly discolored, and itches all the time. What can it be?

Itching and discoloration of penis is mostly seen with fungal infection.
Diabetes is most common cause for fungal infection in private parts.
So consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of penis and blood sugar levels.
Yoi may need antifungal creams for local application.
Oral levocetrizine is good for itching. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
