Hi,

Itching and discomfort in the penis tip may be a sign of an infection or inflammation in the genital area, such as a yeast infection, bacterial infection, or sexually transmitted infection (STI). In some cases, a sweet sensation on the penis tip after sexual intercourse may be due to semen or lubricants left on the skin, which can cause irritation or a mild allergic reaction. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation.

If you suspect that you may have an infection or STI, it is important to seek medical treatment as soon as possible to prevent further complications and reduce the risk of spreading the infection to others. Your healthcare provider may perform a physical exam, order diagnostic tests such as a urine or blood test, or take a sample of genital discharge for analysis.

Treatment will depend on the underlying cause of your symptoms and may include medication, lifestyle modifications, or other interventions. It is also important to practice safe sex by using condoms and getting regular STI testing.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Itching and discomfort in the penis tip can be caused by several factors, including infections such as yeast infections, bacterial infections, or sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like gonorrhea or chlamydia. It is important to see a healthcare provider determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment.

The sweet sensation on the penis tip may be related to increased sensitivity or nerve stimulation during sexual intercourse, but it could also be a symptom of an infection. It is important to discuss all symptoms with a healthcare provider to determine the cause and receive proper treatment.
