What Causes Itching And Irritation In Penis While Having Diabetes?

i am a 46 yr old diabetic, in the last 6 days i have noticed my penis is irritated and itches, online research points to candida, i have no pain during urination, no open sores, just the opening in my penis and the skin directly below is red and itchy, any suggestions

As per your complaint u should do your urine sugar for every 6 hrs and also urine routine/micro to rule out uti(urinary tract inf).
