What Causes Itching And Pain In The Legs While On Labetalol?

I am on Labetalol 200 mgs bid and have a rash on both legs that is very itchy and painful. This has had an onset gradual over the last 4 months and I have been on this hypertensive drug for over 2 years. My legs are painful tingly with some swelling and redness. Could this be the medicine? I am also on Eliquis, Topamax, Spironloactone,

Your symptoms can be related to thrombophlebitis. Some examinations are needed to confirm the diagnosis. I suggest you do:
- A complete blood count.
- A leg ultrasound.
- Platelets level.
- Coagulation time level.
