Hi, I have a problem with my perineum. It is itchy, stinging, and sore sometimes. When I pee, if the pee touches it, it really burns. I have been having this problem off an on for quite some time, and I m not sure what to do about it. It can t be an STD because I ve never had sex, or been exposed to an STD in another way. Do you think you know what might be my problem? Is there anything I can do to clear this up?
it appears to be fungal infection. requires to be locally examined by doctor it can be dermatologist. can apply candid ointment and if not responding then systemic anti fungal antibiotic can be taken. without expouser it should not be HIV. if thereis doubt then can take HIV test. if positive retro viral antibiotic can be started
