What Causes Itching And Pink And Clumpy Mucus Discharge From Vagina?

Q : I am 18 years old and just noticed a new change with my vaginal discharge, a pink and clumpy mucous has come out .I have never had an abortion or taken any kind of pills before although I recently had protected sex with one partner for the first time. Also my vagina itches a little wenevr I touch it . It doesn't look like I have an infection or anything so what could this mean ?
