What Causes Itching And Pinkish Discharge From Vagina?

I had my cherry popped this Tuesday that just passed & a couple of days later like maybe Thursday I experienced some itching in my vaginal area & today my vangina doesnt look normal like it did tuesday. So im kinda worried that i may have an std from the male. i have a little pinkish redish looking stuff after wiping after using the restroom wat does this mean? I am 17, 5'9.
