What Causes Itching And Rashes All Over The Body?

i have itching all over my body i brake out in rashes like pumps always in a different place and have red spots i get on my arms and little ones on the belly some time the red spots burn and the pumps itch really bad i don t know what it is had it for 8 mounths now.
