What Causes Itching And Small Bumps In The Vagina?

Hi. I have been experiencing itching in my vagina and a few days ago I was examining down there and couldn t tell if there were small bumps I rubbed my nail across it and that seemed to create open cuts that bled. They re circular but don t look raised. They bled a little and possible a clear fluid was there. I m worried it could be herpes. I had sex a month ago and at one point we did not use a condom. But the cuts only appeared a few days ago. I ve been dealing with multiple yeast infections and at one point bacterial vaginosis the last few months. I m unsure as to what is going on. It also itches down there and at the time the cuts appeared I was scratching and rubbing the area to try and stop the itching. The only other symptom going on is I have a brownish discharge. What could this be?

Hello,

It may be due to bacterial vaginosis.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, discharge culture sensitivity after gynecologist consultation.

For itching you can take tablet loratidine.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid sexual act till complete recovery
