What Causes Itching And Smell In Joints?

Hi Sir,
My age 29, In joints (exactly under testicals) I am getting itching, bad smell.
I have gone through couple of tests (like, sperm,urine,blood) but didn't find any issue. All is well.

Please suggest me some cream to get rid of bad smell in joints near penis.
