What Causes Itching And Swelling In Right Eye Post Intake Of Levaquin?

After a z-pac didn t touch my sinus infection. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and started Levaquin yesterday. I am feeling some better and the congestion is easing. However after my second dose this morning I have developed itching and swollen right eye.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, itching and swelling could be due to drug sensitivity and it must be the antibiotic in my opinion just finish the course of medicine and it will be fine then till then antihistamine can be tried and best would be Diphenhydramine oral medication and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
