What Causes Itching And Swelling In The Buttocks?

I have fatty lobes on my buttocks that look like a smaller buttock inside my real buttock. They have recently been getting itchy and swollen. The skin in that area is thin and cracking causing cellulitis infections. What can I do to help or get rid of these lobes?

it appears to be fungal infection can apply candid ointment and maintain hygiene since it is buttock and itching then presumed to be fungal infection. if no relief then systemic anti fungal antibiotic like fluconazol may be taken.
