What Causes Itching And Swollen Lump On The Neck And Upper Chest?

This past Saturday, I began itching on the right side of my lower neck, shortly after, I developed large swollen oval shaped bump on my skin on my lover neck, upper chest I applied hydrocodone and the swelling seem to be going away slowly. Today, I feel four new bumps on my lower back.. Any Idea what this can be?

I have gone through your query. If you send the picture of bumps then it will be more helpful. It can be due to allergy. Taking anti histamines like cetirizine(zyrtec) and applying calamine lotion will be helpful.
