What Causes Itching And Tickling Sensation During Urination Apart From Brown Spots On The Underwear?

I recently started to feel a tickling sensation while peeing and after I finished for a second or two. I have noticed some small brown dots in my underwear the last few days. Not blood but brown. I would not describe this as a burning but more of an irritation.
