What Causes Itching And Tingling In Vulva?

Hi, thank you. I have incessant itching/tingling sensation of the vulva and surrounding area. This is the second time in my life I have had this problem and both occurred within days of sexual intercourse. (The first time lasting years!) Yet, both times I tested negative for all typical STDs-- yeast infections, chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich, crabs, ... what else? I did have HPV coinciding with my first episode but now test negative for HPV. My doctors have no answers. I have been prescribed antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral medication and nothing has helped. Please, I pray you have a suggestion for me. I have not used any new products on my skin or laundry.
