What Causes Itching And Tingling Sensation Around The Forehead?

Hi...I am having symptoms of right sided from forehead to back of head at the occipital area that feels like itching almost tingling, a dull ache maybe. It feels like I need to starch it but with no relief. My ear feel almost itchy as well but the more I itch...no relief. sometimes it goes away but it usually stays constant. I have been feeling this for more than a week or more. I also have been feeling very tired and fatigue but not my usual self. I am usually very energetic though I have had trouble sleeping for several year. I do have an anxiety issue and take Xanax to sleep. I have been going through extreme stress lately for a little back ground, mostly job related but some personal issues as well.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for itching.

If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
