What Causes Itching And White Discharge From The Vagina?

i seem to have an irritated area above the vaginal area -- there is a kind of nub there -- I m so dumb in anatomy -- is it the clitoris or something else?? -- anyway it is somewhat red -- itching -- and seems to have some white stuff coming out of it -- but the vaginal area seems fine -- I thought first a yeast infection -- but since the vagina seems fine -- what is wrong with this little area above it?

Hello dear
I understand your concern

It could be a segma deposition due to improper hygiene, or urinary tract infection.
Vaginal examination by gynecologist and urine tests will help in the diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using v vaginal plus wash
Apply lactobacillus suppository
Wear pure cotton lose inner.
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, range and pine apple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder completely and empty it completely.
