What Causes Itching Around A Vaccination Shot Site?
I am 69 years old and this past Friday, June 30, 2017, I received the Shingles shot under my right arm at Walgreen s as my insurance covered the expense. However, I did not get any side affects as I came home to rest according to the doctor. Yesterday, I noticed that I gotten a redness on the spot where my shot had been given and a little itching with a little pain. This morning, I have noticed that the redness has spread a little more and I am trying not to scratch and I can feel like a small bump. I am wondering is this after affects? I am doing my normal things and try not to think about this and can you provide some input?

some vaccinations and injevtions can cause itching and pain and rash .sometimes it will be mild and doesnt affect your normal day to day activities
