What Causes Itching Around Implanon Site?
I have had the implanon for about 18 months now, just recently (month or so) the area where the implant is has been unbearably itchy. I've even caused my skin to bleed due to the intense scratching. what is causing the itchiness and what could I do to help prevent it from happening? thank you for your time

Itching around implanon site can be due to local infection, an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen is required.
