What Causes Itching, Discomfort, And Slight Discharge From The Tip Of My Penis After Unprotected Sex?

I m 25 male. I did unprotected sex on 25th July I guess but now I am feeling that my penis top cap I feel itching and when I do urine I FEEL during urine too. I also feel little liquid is on top cap of penis about to discharge. Please let me know what s happening? Give me cure. I am wearing cotton clothes can t wear something where penis touches and I feel discomfort.

Hello,

Keep the area clean and dry, wash gently with warm water (no harsh soaps), and wear loose, breathable cotton underwear. Avoid any more sexual contact (especially unprotected) until a diagnosis is made and treated fully. STIs commonly cause clear or yellowish-white discharge, itching, burning, and pain. Balanitis causes allergies (e.g., to condoms) or infections (fungal/bacterial) due to poor hygiene. Redness, swelling, discharge, and itching may be the symptoms caused.

Get examined by a urologist and get a urine test (R/E and C/S) to detect UTI, a swab, or a blood test to check for infection or STIs. If it’s a fungal infection, UTI or STI, you will be treated with antibiotics, antifungals or antivirals.
