What Causes Itching Followed By Swelling In Vagina And Yellow Discharge?

I had sex about a week ago with my boyfriend. When he pulled out his penis, I noticed wet tissue paper like pieces on his penis. The prices weren t covered in discharge, it looked like I wiped and left some toilet paper behind, then a huge chunk was left on his penis. I smelled it and then stretched it out, it looked like piece of flesh. Wednesday my vagina started itching really bad. So bad I wanted to claw it. I ve resisted scratching. But now my clit and one of my lips are swollen, my hole is also red. My discharge flow is normal but it now has a yellowish tint to it. My question is, is this a yeast infection? Or should I call my doctor right away.
