What Causes Itching From Groin To The Whole Body?

i had some itching on groin 45 days ago, which later spread to thighs and legs, and for past 15 days, it is on whole body. generally i feel intense itching during night or when i am free. there is intense itching on legs and cuts/wounds on penis and scrotum. from past week there are itchy outgrowths of skin between fingers, why is it so?
