What Causes Itching In Groin Area And Burning Sensation During Urination?
I think I might have an infection of some sort. My lady parts are quite itchy but only at night. I do not have a burning sensation when I use the washroom but I do have a white slightly chunky discharge found in my underwear but I ve had that for a couple years

The symptoms seem to be related to a yeast infection. I suggest using an anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest using an anti-fungal medication such as Fluconazole 150 mg daily for three days. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene.
