What Causes Itching In My Hands In Morning?
Good morning. I am trying to recent information of why I am getting it moderate itching of my hands only in the morning. Also noticing itching of ankle area sporadically throughout the day. No new perfumes, lotions, soaps, detergents, etc. No changes in usual daily habits. Any thoughts?

In most cases, itching occurs in response to an allergic reaction which could be from dust, insect bite, and food etcetera. Now as you have ruled out the food, you need to focus on insects and dust. Change the bed sheet and clean the bed thoroughly. Then observe the problem persists or resolves.
