What Causes Itching In Penis After Masturbation?

A few days ago I masturbated and had a very normal release. The next morning I was experiencing an itching sensation in the head of my penis, of course I was curious, checked it out and I found that if I gently squeezed the head of the penis a very small amount of yellowish/white liquid was released. Besides occasional masturbation, perhaps once a week at most, I am not sexually active. I thought that perhaps I had just not cleaned well enough in the shower or something. Urinating is not painfull, there are no breaks in the skin of the penis, or anything out of the ordinary that I can see or feel. Itching has persisted for about three days now, so I m wondering if anyone could help me out.

Hello dear
I share your concern
Looking at your history this could be urethritis or infection of inside of the pens

I would advise you to get urine or urethral swab culture and depending upon the reports you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

Have plenty of fluids which will flush off the genitourinary tract
You can take anti allergic drugs like levocetirizine in case or unbearable itching
Make a habit to wash your private parts every time you masterbate and attempt to urinate after that
