What Causes Itching In Right Ear?

hi. i m 19 years old boy i m had itching in my right ear& on my hip since 1 year .... sometimes it become worst .i showed to my family doctor and he always prescribed me (itraconazole caps & lobate gm cream) it is affective but not curing my problem ....
plz plz plz help me

Hello dear,

brief answer,
Continue itraconazole for at least 1 and half month.

detailed answer,
I think you are suffering from resistant tinea (fungal infection) ring worm,

Itraconazole is ok , but dont apply lobate gm, as it contains steroid and steroid will never cure fungal , infect it will make it more resistent .

you should consult a dermatologist and get it prescribed
itraconazile
Levocetrizine,
terbinafine cream,
Whitfield s ointment,

and must continue all treatment for at least one and half month, and if any other family member affected , do treatment for him or her also.

get your daily clothes , bed linen, towels wash in hot water and let it dry in sun.
