What Causes Itching In The Breasts?

one of my breasts will randomly start to itch, on the inside. i rub it and scratch the nipple when it itches to, and it gets sore and a clear liquid comes out after only a short time. Can you give me your opinion on this? Could I have a serious problem?

Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Soreness, with itching and clear liquid discharge - suggest infective / inflammatory cause.
2.Avoid scratching the nipple - as it increases the infective causes and delay in healing process.
3.At this point - i would recommend to gat an ultrasound done to assess the ducts and its status and inflammatory changes in the breast, to rule out the presence of any mass lesion.
4.If necessary an FNAC - Fine needle aspiration cytology to be performed to assess the nature of the cells and treat according to the findings.
5.It could not be a serious problem but some thing you have to give attention and get treated. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
