What Causes Itching In The Ears And Pain In The Jaw Bone?

Hi well silly me... I saw my dr regarding wax build up after almost losing my hearing because it was so clogged... 2 treatments and many drops later the wax buildup finally was cleaned out. After having this done and getting my hearing back, the ear was very itchy. I am an adult and should have known better, I just decided to very gently scratch the ear not in deep at all with a pencil dull one for some relief. Now the ear appears to be closing up, some pain in my jaw bone. What did I do other than being a dumbbell by doing this...

itching in ear can be due to wax. for it dewax ear drop can be applied it may be due to partial dislocation of mandibular joints consult dental surgeon for examination of mandible and tooths,it can be temporomandibular problem known as tmd.
