What Causes Itching In The Left Hand And Swelling In The Knuckles?
Started yesterday, itching left hand, knuckles swollen. Went down overnight, still some itching today. Tonight right hand itching near palm and wrist on bottom of wrist. Felt like left side of inner lip was swelling, which it is . Underside of left lip has swollen, and still is. Haven t done anything out of the ordinary. Am on heart medication , but haven t changed anything, the itching and swelling just started within the last couple of days.

Hello,
Most probably it will be inflammatory eczema.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
