What Causes Itching In The Mons Pubis And Anus?

Hi, I've had itchiness on my pubic mons area since June. It comes and goes but sometimes it itches so bad I can't stand it. I'm a female and I've tried Jock itch spray, Vaginal creame, Gynelotrimin, tried different soaps, not shaving in the area for 2 weeks, tried lotion, changed underwear twice a day, take shower twice a day. It doesn't itch inside vagina just the pubic area where I shave and sometimes I notice a little irritation near my anus. The worst it got in my anus area it felt like something was crawling...It wakes me up at night. The gynalotrimin seemed to work the best but the itch slowly came back after I did the full treatment. I contacted my gynacologist but can't get in until Nov. 10. I ordered more gynalotrimin to get me through until than. I am married and faithful and my husband has no itchiness area.
