What Causes Itching In The Penis And Scrotum?
I have a urethral discharge, and sometimes i feel warmth and itchness in the shaft of the penis and under the scotrotum. I went to see the Dr and a swab test was done and the results shows a moderate growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria. I was given Cefuroxime and doxycycline and nothing changed, then i was given clindamycin and ciprofloxacin and there was no change as well. How can you advise? Thank you

As first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. You can also take drugs like Cetirizine for itching.
