it must be a fungal infection .cunsult sex vdrl specialist have tests like std,vdrl ,hiv,.if you have multiple sex partners then stop that activity.if you are having a family history of diabtes then have fbs and plbs to rule out diabetes..dr.bharathiMS sexologist .marital & psycho therapist.
