General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting me at virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

The spotting isn't related to this issue until unless you wipe out so badly that it bleeds.

Actually, it was jock itch in the start, a kind of fungal infection causing all the symptoms of itch and desire to wipe out vigorously. Then it got secondarily infected and caused Urinary Tract Infection.

Precautions:-
*Keep the area clean and dry
*Dont apply anything by yourself like lotion, lubricants of any kind
* use mild soap for shower
* take a shower with and clean the area with, "Oatmeal milk and honey body wash". It will soothe you a lot.
* Immediately stop using any kind of toys. It is the main reason of all the problems. Dump the toys. They are infected and causing trouble.

Medications:-
If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Nitrofurantoin (Furadentin) 100mg by mouth twice daily for 7days. Plus Cranberry extract Tablets 2 by mouth 4times a day for 10days. Plus Apply Hydrocortisone/Clotrimazole (Hydrozole) cream down there on itchy area 3times a day after cleaning and drying off the area ( it is for external use only, and stop using after 5days of resolution of symptoms of itch). Plus Claritin by mouth 1 tablet at night for 3 days.

I would definitely like a follow-up visit after two weeks.
